New-Build Property

We worked closely with Base Architects to create this unique grand home for a private client based here in Shrewsbury. A beautiful breath-taking design, The Glass House truly makes the most of the spectacular views towards The Shropshire Hills.

New-Build Townhouse

Nestled behind the hustle a bustle of the high street, on a small plot of land, we worked with a private client to create this beautiful two-bed townhouse, complete with internal courtyard.

Double-Storey Extension

We were appointed by the client to build a two storey extension and refurbish this house for the rental market. We took care of everything from the initial drawings to the tenant moving in.

Two New-Build Properties

On a beautiful plot of land in the rural outskirts of Shrewsbury, Thomas William Homes, created two unique four bed homes with large detached garage spaces. These homes boast large, open-plan kitchen/living areas with spectacular views.

Single-Storey Extension

We took on the design and build of two single-storey extensions at this new build property. The project took 12 weeks from start to finish and we worked around the client to ensure minimal disruption.

Barn Conversion

This project involved the restoration of an old outbuilding into three barn-style dwellings. Thomas William Homes managed this project from start to finish working closely with the local conservation officer to ensure historical features were reinstated.
