New-Build Townhouse

Nestled behind the busy high street on a small plot of land, we worked with our client to create this beautiful two-bed property, complete with internal courtyard.

Build Components:

- Waterproof tanking to ground floor

- LIving flat roof installed

- Heated by air source heatpump

- Built from reclaimed bricks with lime mortar

- Underpinning of neighbouring property

New Build: Projects

We worked with our client to create a 2-bed semi detached townhouse, on a small plot of land in the centre of Shrewsbury. Whilst the build was not without it's challenges, due to the awkward shape of the site and restricted access, we were certainly proud of the finished result, as was our client.
